Furniture old, needs updating.

Comfortable extended stay hotel. The furniture in our room needs to be updated. The couch had seen far better days. Other than that it was very pleasing.

I liked about this hotel!

Cleanliness, unprofessional desk people.

I will never stay at a crestwoods suites again. The room had a kitchenette with it, but the towels that were suppose to be used in the kitchen were the exact same towels as in the bathroom. No bucket for ice; no paper towels or Kleenex; one bar of soap to be used in either kitchen, bathtub or bathroom sink;

Called to reserve double bed, they didn't reserve it.

It is a nice hotel inside and outside. The only thing I would fix is a cleaner bathroom.
